- Satisfaction Guarantee : If you're not completely satisfied with your Minutebeard purchase, we offer a full refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees.
- Return Process : To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at reachus@minutebeard.com. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
- Conditions : Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Exclusions : Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for used beard coloring products. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us for a replacement or full refund.
